Welcome to Brockman Park at 1602 Chittering Road, Lower Chittering.

This beautiful 75ha property offers the chance to relax in the peaceful surrounds of this working farm and vineyard.  We have three different accommodation options available to rent for short term homestays.

The property has extensive gardens, vineyards producing shiraz, cabernet-sauvignon, chenin and chardonnay grapes for wine production, Brockman River frontage and is bordered to the north by the National Park.

Our Homestays

  • The Homestead

    The Homestead is a beautiful French/Italian architect designed home completed in ~1991, with the colour theme inspired by the surrounding hills and countryside, creating harmony and tranquillity with the environment.  The property is furnished with period relevant furniture, creating a uniquely old world country escape.

    The master bedroom has a king bed which looks onto a beautiful private courtyard and has a marble ensuite. The second formal bedroom sleeps two, and the garage has been converted into a bunkroom which sleeps up to eight.

  • The Cottage

    The Cottage is a cosy, self-contained two bedroom facility that has a king and queen bed option, with one shared bathroom.  The small kitchen and family dining/lounge room provide a home away from home experience, and you have access to a private courtyard off the bedrooms. 

    The Cottage is adjacent to The Homestead and you have shared access to all the beautiful views and gardens.

  • The Bunkhouse

    The Bunkhouse is a free-standing building at the front of the property which has recently been renovated to provide a unique couples get-away.  It consists of a separated king bedroom, large bathroom, and an expansive open-plan kitchen, dining and family room which features a pot belly stove for use in winter and is airconditioned for summer. 

    The Bunkhouse sits close to the Brockman River frontage, and from the back verandah you have views across to The Homestead, vineyards and forest.  There is an option to utilise a pullout sofa in the main room if you are looking to accommodate more than two people.
