Australia Day Sparkling Harvest

It was a busy Australia Day for us at Roman Road hand picking our white wine grapes at Brockman Park for the first time.  We are super excited to announce that we are expanding our product line with a cheeky little Chardonnay/Chenin Sparkling combo.  In addition, we will also be producing separate Chenin and Chardonnay wines.

Our deepest gratitude goes to our family and friends that joined in on the day to experience hand picking in the elements, alongside our professional pickers.  Jobs included picking fruit, bin cleaning and distribution, yield collection, quality control and weighing.  Then the fruit was off to our wonderful friends at OFW who whole bunch pressed it and are now lovingly turning our grapes into Sparkling 😊
